Summary

How to join Community Hub to stay updated and engage with fellow Sage users.

Description

If you're brand new to Community Hub, create an account to start communicating with others. 

 NOTE: If you already have an account, you can sign in to Community Hub instead.  

Resolution

  1. Go to Join or sign in at the top right corner. 
    The join or sign in tile for Community Hub.
  2. Select Log in or create account.
  3. Enter you Email address then select Continue.
  4. Enter you First name and Last name
  5. Enter your Password and Confirm password, then select Sign up
  6. You'll receive an email with a 6-digit code, enter this and select Continue.
     TIP: Select Resend code if you don't receive an email.  
  7. Complete the CAPTCHA and select Verify.
  8. To add extra security to your account, select Set up 2-factor authentication.
    To do this at a later stage, select Not right now
  9. Enter a Display name which is unique and three characters long.
  10. Select the I'm not a robot checkbox and complete the CAPTCHA and select Verify.
  11. Select Join now then Ok.

You can now socialise with others by selecting Want to participate? Join the group to interact.
