How to use your practice activity log in Client Management.

Description

Using your activity log in Client Management will enhance your efficiency and track your practice interactions effectively. 

Resolution

  1. Select Practice activity log from the Operations drop-down menu. 
  2. Choose the date range you wish to search.
     NOTE: 
    You can change the periods which you view activity for up to 30 days.
  3. You will see:
    • Date and time
    • Username
    • Activity - 

    • Activity type

 TIP: You can sort by Most recent activity, Oldest activity, Username A to Z or Username Z to A in the Sort by drop-down.
