How to use your practice activity log in Client Management.
Using your activity log in Client Management will enhance your efficiency and track your practice interactions effectively.
- Select Practice activity log from the Operations drop-down menu.
- Choose the date range you wish to search.
NOTE: You can change the periods which you view activity for up to 30 days. - You will see:
- Date and time
- Username
- Activity -
Click View details for more information
If the activity involves outbound communications, click
View details to see more. For emails sent to multiple clients, clicking
View details will show the specifics of the bulk messages sent.
Activity type
TIP: You can sort by Most recent activity, Oldest activity, Username A to Z or Username Z to A in the Sort by drop-down.
