What's new?
On 13 October 2024, we updated our Sage account (formerly Sage ID) service to enhance security. After the update, you'll need to log in to your Sage account again from your software or service as normal.
If we can't find an account for the email address you entered, we'll take you through the process of registering a Sage account.
Resolution
Logging in with your existing Sage account
If you've already got a Sage account, just log in using the same details as usual.
When you need to log in to your Sage software or service, you'll see the following screen:
- Enter your email address, then click Continue.
- If we find an account linked to your email address, we'll ask for your password.
- Enter your password and click Log in to continue.
NOTE: When you sign in, we can prompt you to complete 2-factor authentication again. For more information, visit the help centre.
Logging in if we can't find your Sage account
When you enter your email address, we check for an account linked to it. If we don't find one we'll let you register an account:
- Enter your First name, Last name then create a password.
- Click Sign up to continue.
