Sage 50 Payroll includes online features that you can access with your Sage account. These include:

• Sage HR Online Services
• Online Bureau (Accountants only)
• Pensions Data Exchange

Logging in

From 13 October 2024, when you enter your email address in a Sage account login screen, the service checks your email address.

If your email address is already set up as a Sage account, you get the option to enter your password. If it's not set up yet, you get the option to create a new account.

This means when you log in to use an online feature, you can tell if the email you enter is a Sage account. If not, it can't be the email address you set up with the online feature, and you need to try another email address.
