Resolved Issue: Bank feed data issues on 08 July and 09 July 2024

Summary

We noticed an issue on 09/07/2024 with one of our bank feed providers affecting Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Accounting.

Description

On 09/07/2024 one of our bank feed providers passed transactions to us, where Credits appeared as Debits and Debits as Credits.

This problem affected transactions on 08 July 2024 and 09 July 2024. Depending on your situation, it might also include transactions from earlier dates.

The bank feed provider now resolved this issue, but some earlier transactions may still display incorrectly. For any affected transactions, money into your bank account will show as money out, and money out will show as money in.

Your bank feed has also provided the correct versions of these transactions, which will appear in your bank feed window ready for reconciliation.

Resolution

  1. Check your transactions posted on these dates.
  2. Discard, Ignore or Delete any incorrect transactions and record the correct ones.
