Summary

How to add and edit users for GoProposal or AutoEntry in Client Management.

Description

Each person using your data in Sage for Accountants needs their own Sage ID. This boosts data security and lets you control what your colleagues can view and access within the platform.

Resolution

Do things look different?

We updated user settings to improve access control and let your users complete tasks previously restricted to the business owner.

Existing users will have the same access roles as before, unless you edit their role.

Add a new user

Add a new practice user to access GoProposal and/or AutoEntry. Only users with the Business Owner or Administrator role in Client Management can perform this action.

  1. Go to your business name, then select Manage Users.
  2. Select Add User.
