Change your email address

  1. Select Profile, then My Profile.
  2. Select Change your details.
  3. Select the Change your Sage account details link.
  4. Log in to Sage Account Management and then select Email address.
  5. Enter your current email address and password and then select Log in.
  6. Enter your new email address and then select Continue.
  7. We'll send a verification code to your new email address. Enter the code and then select Continue.
     TIP: If you can't find the verification email, check your spam, or junk email folders.

  8. Log in again using your new email address and password.
  9. A success message confirms the change.

Didn't receive the verification email

"Didn't get a code? Resend the code" link to get a new code.

If you still haven't received the email, it could be because:

  • Emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive
  • You received it but it automatically moved to your deleted items, spam, or junk folder
  • You've used the wrong email address or made a typo

 NOTE: If you dont have access to the registered business owner email address, contact support.
