Can I authorise 2FA with multiple devices to upload payslips?

With 2FA, every time you log in, you need to provide a code to verify it's you. This could be from an authentication app or text message.

You can only set up one 2FA device for each username. If you share a login to upload payslips with multiple people, only one person has access to authenticate with their device.

You shouldn't share login details between users. Sharing account details can lead to unauthorised access and difficulty tracking changes made to your data.

If more than one person needs to upload payslips, set up a username for each of them.
