Delete a client

 CAUTION: Deleting a client removes it from your client folder and permanently deleting their related data.

 TIP: If the client has any active subscriptions, or you have a connected subscription this must be cancelled before you can delete the client. 

1. Select the client you want to delete.

2. From the Client actions menu, select delete client.
3. Select the checkbox to confirm the deletion.
     NOTE: If this is the last client in the folder, Client Management will also delete the client folder and any contacts from that folder. 

4. Select Delete.
