Resolution
Before you start
If you haven't already, set up your bank feed.
Set up a Bank Feeds rule
- Download and match your bank feed transactions.
- Go to the Confirmed tab, and select the transaction you want to create a rule for.
- Select the Create rule link.

- Enter a new name for the rule.

- Tick one or more conditions to identify future transactions to automate:
- The Reference shows against the transactions from your bank
- If the Amount can vary, don't include the amount as a condition

- In the Transaction details section, specify the information you want the rule to post on the transaction.
- In the Auto posting section, choose whether to review transactions before posting or to post them automatically.
You've now set up a Bank feeds rule.
