Manage your rules - Go to Bank Feeds.
- Click Open on the bank feed you want to view.
- Click the Manage rules button:
 Once the manage rules window opens, you have several options:  ▼ View/Edit rule - Select the checkbox next to the rule you want to view or edit. You can then view or change as needed
NOTE: You can't change a rule name once saved. ▼ Delete rule - Select checkbox next to the rule you want to delete, then click Delete rule
NOTE: You can't recover a deleted rule. If you delete one by mistake, you must re-create it. Auto post You can change the auto posting settings for your bank rules. - Tick or untick the Auto post option to update your rule
NOTE: This setting applies the next time it's triggered and doesn't affect transactions matched by a rule. Automatic rule retention NOTE: This only applies to Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 or above. Not using the latest version? Upgrade here. The rules restore if you re-connect your bank feed. In earlier versions, the software deleted your bank rules if you disconnected your feed. You don't need to do anything, connect your Bank feed and they'll be where you left them. |
