How to resolve any login issues with Sage Accounting, such as unblocking your account.
From time to time, you may have an issue logging in. This can be caused by environmental factors such as your internet browser, or issues with your Sage account.
The first things we recommend you do are:

Check you're on the right page. Try logging in at https://app.sageone.com/login

Clear your browser cache and cookies.

If you've forgotten your password or want to change it, reset it from the login screen:
- From the Log in screen, select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address you use to log in. We'll send you an email containing a link to reset your password.
- Use the link in the email to open the Reset your password screen. Enter and confirm your new password, then select Submit.
- Log in using your new password.
NOTE: Verify your email address for the link - it might differ from your sign-in address if you're not receiving the email.
Go to app.sageone.com and log in with the credentials that you set the account up with. If you can log in, we recommend you bookmark this page for future reference.

If you've entered incorrect details a few times or log in from an unfamiliar location, we may block your account while we verify your identity. This security measure is in place to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Select the reset password link on the log in screen to unblock your account and regain access. You'll receive an email from us, which contains a link to confirm your access to the registered email address.
NOTE: If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps in the Forgot your password? section.
For security reasons, when you create your account, we’ll email you a verification code. Enter the verification code, then select Continue.
If you didn't get the verification email, select the Didn't get a code? Resend code link.
If you still haven't received the email, it could be because:
- It hasn’t reached your inbox yet. Emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive
- It’s been automatically moved from your inbox. Check your deleted items, spam and junk folders
- You may have used the wrong email address, or made a spelling mistake
