How to update your email address in Sage Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Client Management.
Resolution
Change your email address
- From your profile drop-down menu, select Manage account.
- Select Manage profile settings, then select Continue to sign in (new tab).
- Log in to Sage's account management area and select Email address.
- Enter the current business owner email address and password and select Log in.
- Enter and confirm your new email address and select Continue. We'll send a verification code to your new email address.
- Enter the verification code and select Continue.
- Log in again using your new email address and password.
You'll see a success message display to confirm the change.
NOTE: You can't use an email address registered as a user on another Sage product.
Didn't receive the verification email
"Didn't get a code? Resend the code" link to get a new code.
If you still haven't received the email, it could be because:
- Emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive
- You received it but it automatically moved to your deleted items, spam, or junk folder
- You've used the wrong email address or made a typo
