When you click Internet Submissions then Submit P11D/P11D(b), a window opens for you to select the companies you'd like to submit.
If you select the companies then click Continue and nothing happens, follow the steps below.
You don't need to uninstall your current installation of v28. Instead, install the latest version into a new folder. This ensures all files are created correctly.
Follow the steps below to complete your new installation.
You must take a backup of your data first. After you install your software into a new directory later in this process, you need to restore this backup to set up your company data.
You need to activate your new installation later in this process. Note your activation details from your current installation.
NOTE: If you're prompted to select where to save this file, select an easy to find location, such as your Windows Desktop. Ensure you use the Run as administrator option in Step 3.
NOTE: If you saved the installation file to another folder on your computer, browse to this location instead.
NOTE: For example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage 50 P11D\28.1 NewWhen your installation progress appears to be near completion, allow time for the installation to complete.

When the installation is complete we recommend you restart your computer.
If the issue persists, the next step is to refresh Microsoft .net framework, then reinstall. We recommend you consult your IT support to refresh .NET.

Next, reinstall your software over the update you installed to the 28.1 New folder in the Install Sage 50 P11D v28 into a new folder steps above.
Ensure you use the Run as administrator option in Step 3.
NOTE: If you saved the installation file to another folder on your computer, browse to this location instead.When your installation progress appears to be near completion, allow time for the installation to complete.

When the installation is complete we recommend you restart your computer.
