If you use Remote Data Access (RDA) or any of the connected services you may be asked to re-enter your Sage account email address and password.

Access revoked error
If you receive an error saying access revoked, you should click Retry and enter your Sage account email address and password. If the error persists, follow these steps.
To identify your Sage account email address
- Open your software on the Company Selection window:

Using connected services
You may be asked to re-enter your Sage account email address and password for the following services:
- Bank feeds
- Salary & Supplier Payments
- Satago
- AutoEntry
- Invoice Payments
- Invoice Finance - UK only
You can check your Sage account email address for connected services in Sage 50 Accounts:
- Click Settings, then User Management, then Users.
