Resolution

Find the External ID

Log in to your Smart Pension online account.
Select Menu, then select Scheme Setup from the drop-down list.
Select Employees. A listing of your employees now appears on-screen.
Locate the relevant employee. Make a note of their External ID (Payroll ID) value.
Repeat the previous step for any other External ID (Payroll ID) you need.
