Find the External ID

  1. Log in to your Smart Pension online account.
  2. Select Menu, then select Scheme Setup from the drop-down list.
  3. Select Employees. A listing of your employees now appears on-screen.
  4. Locate the relevant employee. Make a note of their External ID (Payroll ID) value.
  5. Repeat the previous step for any other External ID (Payroll ID) you need.
