Unallocated Receipts or Payments are transactions that you haven't allocated to a specific sales or purchase invoice. You can use the Unallocated Receipts or Payments report to identify these transactions.
The report shows the customer or supplier's name and their current account balance. It also shows any unallocated amounts. You can also refine the date range of the report to see transactions between specific dates.
TIP: You can also choose a relevant analysis type and category and only the transactions for that type and category appear. The report is ready when a notification displays on the main navigation bar, to the left of Profile. Select the notification bell to open the report.
