Description

Follow the steps below to check whether your bank account can connect to Sage Accounting using the bank feeds service. 

NOTE:

Bank feeds don't support foreign currency bank accounts.

Resolution

Does my bank support bank feeds?

  1. Go to Banking. 
  2. On the bank account tile you want to connect, select Connect a bank. 
  3. Enter the name of your bank in the search bar.
  4. If your bank shows in the list, you can connect a bank feed. 

NOTE:

You can't connect every account type. Proceed with the connection to verify. 

If your bank isn't available for bank feeds, import your bank statement.
