Reconnect a bank feed

Summary

In Sage Accounting, you must reauthorise your bank feed every 90 days. This keeps your connection secure and ensures continued access to your banking data.

Description

After 90 days, your bank feed connection expires. Your bank requires you to re-enter your online banking credentials.

Resolution

From Banking, select Bank accounts.
Find the bank account that shows the reauthorisation message.
Select Actions, then Reconnect to bank.
Follow the prompts to enter your online banking credentials and authorise the connection.

NOTE:

Once you've reconnected, it can take up to 72 hours for your bank transactions to show.
