Steps to take to make sure that your web browser doesn't block pop-ups in Sage Accounting.
Resolution
If you prefer to keep your pop-up blocker turned on for added security, you can configure it to allow pop-ups from Sage.
If you’re using any other web browser, refer to your browser help system.
▼ Microsoft Edge - In the menu bar, select the ellipsis (three dots) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Cookies and site permissions, then select the Pop-ups and redirects tab.
- Toggle the setting to Allow (turn it on).
- To allow pop-ups just for a specific site, click Add next to Allow and enter the site address: https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.
The next time you try to print a report, Edge will open it in a new tab so you can print as normal.
▼ Google Chrome - In the menu bar, select the ellipsis (three dots) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Security and Privacy, then select Site settings.
- Under Content, select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, select Add then type https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.
- Select Add.
The next time you try to print a report, Chrome will open it in a new tab so you can print as normal.
▼ Mozilla Firefox - In the menu bar, select the ellipsis (three dots) icon, then select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security, then select the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows.
TIP: If Exceptions isn’t available, this means your browser is already enabling pop-ups. - In the Address of website box, type in https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.
- Select Allow, then select Save Changes.
The next time you try to print a report, Firefox will open it in a new tab so you can print as normal.
▼ Safari - On the menu bar, select Safari.
- Select Preferences, then select the Websites tab.
- Under General, select Pop-up windows.
- Locate https://accounts-extra.sageone.com in the list of websites, then select Allow.
The next time you try to print a report, Safari will open it in a new tab so you can print as normal.
