When an employee is unable to log in to Sage HR Online Services, this can be because of the following reasons.
- They haven't set up their access from your welcome email
- They're using the wrong email address
- They're entering an incorrect password
- Their profile has been terminated or deleted by an admin user
- Their login access has been disabled
- They've entered the wrong workspace
- They need to clear their Internet browser's cookies and cache folder
- They're unable to verify themselves using their email verification code
- They're unable to authenticate using their 2-factor authentication (2FA) device
