Sage 200: Essential Software Maintenance and updates
Dear Partner,
Following the recent release of Sage 200 2022 R1 we’ve identified an issue with the Data to Excel feature, this may result in some customers experiencing a loss of functionality when attempting to use the Data to Excel option from a report preview. This impacts all variants of Sage 200; we’re taking the following action:
- For Sage 200 2022 R1 Standard & Education we’re preparing an update that will be installed overnight, we’ll send a further maintenance notification to confirm the date and time as soon as possible. In the meantime, we’ve provided a utility to be applied by customers who are impacted – you can see details of how to obtain and install this here.
- For Sage 200 2022 R1 Professional we’re providing a utility to be applied by customers who are impacted – you can see details of how to obtain and install this here. This utility will also need to be applied alongside the 2022 R1 installation for customers who use the Data to Excel function and we’ll resolve it permanently in the 2022 R2 Professional release.
- For Sage 200 2022 R1 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud we’re preparing a utility to be applied by customers who are impacted. We’ll add the information to this article by close of play on Friday 4th March. This utility will also need to be applied alongside the 2022 R1 installation for customers who use the Data to Excel function and we’ll resolve it permanently in the 2022 R2 Professional release.
