Product Update for Sage 200 Extra Online

Dear Partner,

Further to our announcement in November 2020, we’re writing to remind you that Sage 200 Extra Online will be retired from service effective 30 September 2022.

We know that you have this covered with customers, as migrations have been steady since the announcement. We just wanted to remind you that customers can migrate within the Sage 200 Product family; Sage 200 Standard, Sage 200 Professional On Premise or on to Sage 200 Professional with the Sage Partner Cloud Program.

To further assist with the migration process, we will be communicating directly with your customers to ensure they know of the retirement date, understand obligations in relation to their data and invite them to discuss migration pathways with you. The potential customer migration pathways are defined on page 5 of this document.

We understand that you may have questions surrounding this, which is why we have created a variety of resources including an FAQ document for you.
