Communication - Sage 200 Extra Online: How to access your data

Description

This product requires a subscription to operate, this includes access to the data, once cancelled, your site (including your data) will be deleted in line with our product terms and conditions available on our legal pages for UK or IRL.

If your product has been set to cancel, you will receive an email outlining the date on which you will lose access.

Your site might be set to cancel due to one of the following reasons:

  • Non-payment
  • You’ve asked us directly or via your Business Partner to Cancel the subscription
  • The product is being retired from service

Ahead of your access being removed, and your data being deleted you may wish to obtain a copy of your data for your records.


Product Retirement:

If you are an existing Sage 200 Extra Online customer, your Partner will have made you aware that we are retiring this product as of 30th September 2022.

Your Partner will speak to you about available options.

Resolution

You may wish to extract your data from the system to fulfil any legal obligations to retain this data, including retaining company data (in any format) and VAT transaction data (in digital format in line with the "Making Tax Digital" regulations).

If you prefer to meet your legal obligations using another system and have not yet extracted all your data, you can do this via the instructions using the links below.

Please work with your Business Partner to extract your data and for any questions you may have.

NOTE: In all cases, we encourage you to extract your data prior to the access being revoked which will be either your pre-agreed cancellation date or 01 October 2022 based on the product retirement.
