Don't let old records clutter your accounts and slow you down. It's easy to tidy up your data and streamline your records.  

Resolution

Remove old customer and supplier records

Remove any old unused customer or supplier records. You choose which ones you want to remove. Find out more >


Hide old records

If you're not quite ready to delete records, but you want to hide them, you can do this quickly using the Inactive records option. Hide old and unused customer, supplier, product, nominal or bank records from your record lists without deleting them and, if needed, you can show them again at any time. Find out more >


Remove old invoices and orders

Remove any old product invoice, service invoices, sales orders or purchase orders. You choose which ones you want to remove. Find out more >


Compress your data

After deleting records, the compress option helps you to recover some space. Find out more

 


Hide deleted transactions

Deleted transactions appear on your audit trail for audit purposes, but you can hide them from your lists, activity windows and reports in just a few clicks so they don't get in the way.

  1.  Click Settings and click Company Preferences then click Parameters.
  2. Select the Exclude deleted transactions check box then click OK.

Deleted transactions still appear in the Transactions window, but if required you can hide these using the Filter option.
