This guide explains how to import information from Sage HR Online Services into Sage 50cloud Payroll for your new or leaving employees.

Description

When you create a new employee in Sage HR Online Services you are able to import information from your online payslips portal straight into Sage 50cloud Payroll. This means no longer having to manually creating them in Sage 50cloud Payroll and entering in their information into relevant fields. You can also transfer across and import information for leavers when you terminate an employee.

We'll explain how you can export and import starter and leavers information in the steps below.

Starters

When you create an employee in Sage HR Online Services you have the option to send the new employee information across to Sage 50cloud Payroll. You can then import this employee information to automatically create the new starter in Sage 50cloud Payroll.

Leavers

When you terminate an employee in Sage HR Online Services, if their profile is linked to their record in Sage 50cloud Payroll, their leaver information automatically sends across to Sage 50cloud Payroll for you to import.
