When you terminate an employee in Sage HR Online Services you have the option to send the leave date across to import into Sage 50 Payroll.

Once terminated, if the employee profile in Sage HR Online Services was linked to their employee record in Sage 50 Payroll, their leave information is automatically sent across to Sage 50 Payroll for you to import their leave date to the employee's record.
