ERROR: 'Another Remote Data Access site has reconnected after working offline'

Why this message appears when using Remote Data Access (RDA) in Sage 50 Accounts v28 and above.

When you open your RDA company data. the following message appears:

'Another Remote Data Access site has reconnected after working offline and has overwritten your company data.'

This happens when another user has been working offline and chooses to replace the shared data with their copy.

We automatically back up your current data to ensure you don't lose anything. 

To continue:

1. Select the I confirm I have read and understand this message checkbox, then click OK.
2. Check the data is correct. 
3. If the data isn't correct, restore the automatic backup.
