Summary
Description
When you install Sage 50 P11D v28 on a computer that already has v27 installed, you must change the program directory during installation.
Sage 50 P11D installs to the following directory by default:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage 50 P11D\
If you don't change this directory when you install Sage 50 P11D v28, v27 is overwritten and you can't access it.
Resolution
If you've installed v28 over the top of v27, you can no longer access v27. This doesn't prevent you from processing 2022/2023 benefits in v28, however we recommend you keep v27 available in case you need to run reports for the 2021/2022 tax year.
