Where are the import templates?

When you're creating an import file to import data into your software, try using our Excel templates. They give tips for each column, with required fields in blue and optional fields in yellow.

 NOTE: You can use our other guide if you need to import journals.

To access the templates: 

1. In Sage 50 Accounts click Help, then click About.
2. In the Program Details section, click the Program Directory link.

3. Double-click the Import Templates folder.
4. Double-click the import file you require.
