You can submit your query online, check progress and add details at any time using Case Management in My Sage.

To get started, choose your product below:

  • Raise a new case via Case Management- This service is available for Sage Business Partners, Developers, X3 and Sage 200 products
  • Submit a query online- This service is only available for Microsoft Office 365, Report Design, Salary and Supplier Payments, Sage Payroll (Ireland) and TASbooks
