The different statement layouts available in Sage 50 Accounts, to help you choose the correct one for your business.
Description
Instead of creating a layout from scratch, we recommend choosing a standard layout that's closest to what you need. If required, you can customise it to meet your requirements. Let's take a look at the layouts available.
Resolution
When you select an customer and click Statements, a list appears providing information about the layouts.
TIP: Depending on your screen size, you may have to click on the Documents & reports drop down
then click Statements.
11" or A4 | Each layout name shows the paper size, 11 inch or A4. If you're using a custom paper size, choose an A4 layout and you can change the paper size later. |

With Tear Off Remittance | These layouts include a remittance on the right hand side that can be torn off by the customer and returned to you. |
Security mailer | Used with Sage Secure Mailer or Self Seal stationery. |
2 part | Include an Invoice, Credit and Balance column. |
Individual | Show itemised entries. |
All items | Show all entries for the date range, including payments. |
If you want to send your layout by email, we recommend you choose one of the Plain Paper (Print or Email) layouts. | |
O/S | Show only items that are currently outstanding on the customer's account. |
Self seal | To be used with Sage self seal stationery. |
Group Date/Inv Ref | Available from the Advanced Reports Library, these layouts sort the entries in date order and are grouped based on the reference of the item. |
Grouped | Shows items with the same date and reference grouped together as one entry. |
