Upload payslips to Sage HR Online Services

After you process your payroll, upload payslips to Sage HR Online Services so your employees can access them.

Before you start, check that your Sage Account is ▼ ready to use in your software.

Follow the steps

When you upload payslips, this also ▼ updates employee details in Sage HR with the details held in Payroll.

If this is the first time you upload an employee's payslips, your software sends a welcome email to each employee. It also creates the employee's profile in Sage HR Online Services if they don't already have one.

1. In Sage 50 Payroll, Select Payroll, then Change Process Date.
2. Check the pay date is correct, then select OK.
3. Import Sage HR employee detail changes into their payroll record.
    NOTE: If you don't need to import any changes, move on to step 4.
4. Enter your employees' payments as normal.
5. Select the required employees, then click Payroll.
6. Select Upload Online Payslips.
7. Check the information in the summary is correct, and if required, select Print summary.
8. Select your preferred option to either:
   • Publish immediately, or
   • Publish on a selected date
9. When you're ready to upload your payslips to Sage HR Online Services, select Publish Payslips.
10. A message confirms that you've published the payslips.
11. Select Close, or to log in to Sage HR Online Services, select Log in to portal.

You've completed the upload for your employee payslips.

Upload complete

You've uploaded your employee payslips and they're ready to view in Sage HR Online Services.
