If you access data via Sage Drive on a remote site, after upgrading your version of Sage 50 Accounts, memorised journals don't appear within the Nominal codes, Journal entry, Recall option.
This occurs because memorised journals are not synced across Sage Drive.
To resolve this, you can copy the memorised journals from the Sage Drive main site to your remote site.
At the main site
- Open Sage 50 Accounts and in Select Company, under Data path, make a note of the relevant company data path.
- Close Sage 50 Accounts then press the Windows key + E.
- Browse to the data path you noted in step 1 then double-click the Journals folder.
- Copy the contents of the Journals folder.
- Transfer the copied .NJR files to the remote site, for example, on a USB stick or by email.
