Check data error/warning - 'Index and record file size mismatch'

When you check your data you may get the following error or warning:

'Index and record file size mismatch'

To correct this error or warning, please follow the steps below.

1. Click File then click Maintenance and click Recovery Tools.
2. When prompted, follow the instructions to create a data backup.
3. Click Reindex and Compress All, then click OK and click Close.
4. When prompted to check the data again, click Yes.
   
   If the error is still present, you must restore an error free backup and re-process.
