Before you install the Sage MTD Adapter, to ensure a smooth installation, please check the following.
Resolution
- Check you're using Microsoft Windows 7 or above. Check now
- Restart your computer and logon as an administrator.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software.
- Turn off the User Account Control (UAC).
- Ensure you've installed all the latest updates for Windows.
- If using Terminal Server – ensure install mode is enabled through the Command prompt.
