Before you install the Sage Making Tax Digital (MTD) Adapter, to ensure a smooth installation, check the following.
Resolution
- Check you're using Microsoft Windows 7 or above. Check now
- Restart your computer and logon as an administrator
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software
- Turn off the User Account Control (UAC)
- Ensure you've installed all the latest updates for Windows
- If you use a Terminal Server, enable install mode through the Command Prompt
