Summary
Resolution
On checking the Sage 200 Secured Services log the error line states 'Access is Denied'. There is also a reference earlier in the log to isAdmin=False.
This can be resolved by adding the Sage 200 Secured Services user to the Domain Administrators and Sage 200 Administrators groups.
Once this has been done, launch System Administrator and confirm the Sage 200 Secured Services user as a user. Then perform an IIS RESET.
Sage 200 should now allow you to download transactions in Bank Feeds.
TIP: You can also try adding the Domain Administrator details to the Sage 200 Secured Services Application Pool within IIS.
Within IIS > Application Pools > Sage 200 Secured Services > Application Pool Defaults > Identity > Click on ellipsis > Custom account > Enter Domain Admin account details > Save > reset IIS > try Bank Feeds again
