Description

Using the Data Export option, you can export the company and employee information listed below from Sage 50 Payroll. This exports to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file, that you can then open in other software.

Resolution

Company Cost Centres	You can select which cost centres to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Deductions	You can select which deductions to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Departments	You can select which departments to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Holiday Schemes	You can select which holiday schemes to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Loans	You can select which loans to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Net Payments	You can select which cost centres to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Payments	You can select which payments to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company Pension Schemes	You can select which pension schemes to export when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Company User Names and Access Rights	You can choose which user names to export when completing the Data Export Wizard. Passwords are not exported therefore once the file has been imported into another Sage 50 Payroll company you must reset the passwords. CAUTION: You can't import the Manager user name into another Sage 50 Payroll company. You should therefore ensure that this user name is not selected when completing the Data Export Wizard.
Employee Details	Creates a CSV file containing the details of the selected employees. If no employees are selected, all employees' details are exported.
Employee Year to Date Figures	Creates a CSV file containing the Year to Date figures of the selected employees. If no employees are selected, all employees' year to date figures are exported.

If the above options aren't suitable for your needs, you can also export information by saving a relevant report as a CSV file.
