How it works
Using Sage 50 Accounts integrated with Microsoft 365, your accounts data is securely pulled into Sage Intelligence, giving you a real time view of your financial data in either standard templates, or reports created by yourself to suit your own requirements.There are two options for using Sage Intelligence with Sage 50 Accounts:
Online Report Designer
The Online Report Designer is a reporting tool which runs in your Internet browser helping you to easily create reports. There are standard and commonly used financial reports, such as profit and loss, asset and liabilities reports, income statements, balance sheets and trial balance reports. |
Excel Report Designer
The Excel Report Designer, as the name suggests, has the pre-formatted reports set up in Excel. You can view them in either the Excel desktop or online version. This includes standard layouts for income statements, and balance sheet reports, with the freedom to customize and format the layouts in Excel. Using the powerful features available in Excel such as graphs, conditional formatting, grouping and spark lines helps you to customize reports to suit your specific reporting requirements. |
Getting started
To get started you must first install Sage 50 Accounts and upload your data to Microsoft 365.
Once uploaded, you can access Sage Intelligence.
