NOTE: The following steps assume you've set up Sage 50 Accounts and integrated it with Microsoft 365.

Check that Microsoft OneDrive is set up

Before you can access Sage Intelligence for the first time, Microsoft OneDrive must be set up.

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365, click the app launcher  then click OneDrive.
  2. If the Welcome to OneDrive for Business page appears, to complete the setup click Next.


Access as original Microsoft 365 administrator

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with the original admin login that you used to activate Microsoft 365.
  2. Select the app launcher , then click All or View all my apps.
  3. Click Sage Intelligence.
  4. When Sage Intelligence opens, if you've more than one company uploaded to Microsoft 365, to choose the company you want to work with, click Data Load.

Access as another user

If you've purchased additional user licences for Microsoft 365, any user with the required permissions can access Sage Intelligence. Read more >>

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365.
  2. To open Sage Intelligence, click the link: https://sage50c.sageintelligencecloud.com

    For quick access to Sage Intelligence, we recommend you add the link to your web browser bookmarks. Alternatively, your administrator can create a custom tile for you to add to your app launcher. Read more >

  3. When Sage Intelligence opens, if you've more more than one company uploaded to Microsoft 365, to choose the company you want to work with, click Data Load.
