Using Report Designer you can quickly add an image or logo to your reports and layouts in Sage 50cloud Accounts or Sage 50cloud Payroll.

Add a new image

  1. Select the report or layout you want to amend, then click Edit.
  2. On the menu bar across the top, click Toolbox, then click Add Image / Logo.
  3. Click where you want the image to appear.
  4. Click Browse my PC or network for an image, click OK.
  5. Browse to and click your image file, then click Open.

    TIP: The supported image file types are shown in the Files of type drop-down

  6. If required, click and drag to resize or move the image.
  7. On the menu bar click Report then click Report Properties.
  8. Enter a new name and click OK
  9. On the menu bar click File, click Save As.
  10. Enter a new file name then click Save.
  11. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.

Change an existing image

  1. Select the document you want to amend, then click Edit.
  2. Double-click the relevant image.
  3. Browse to and double-click the new image.
  4. On the menu bar click File, then click Save.
  5. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
