Description

When choosing to open Demonstration data or Practice data when first opening Sage Accounts 2013 (v17) and below you receive the message:

User MANAGER is already logged in on machine <>

This happens when you haven't yet created a company in Sage Accounts.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, open Sage Accounts and create a company before accessing the demo or practice data.

You can now log on to Sage Accounts Demo and Practice Data in the usual way.

If the issue persists, please refer to the article to delete the queue.dta file.
