Download and install the Accountants' Dataset Manager (ADM) v12

Check your current version

1. Go to Help, then select About.

Install using check for updates

If you have an earlier version of ADM, and want to install the latest version, open ADM, click Help then click Check for Updates and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you get the message 'There are no new updates. Your software is up to date', instead follow the steps below to Install from a download.

Install from a download

1. Close all software and, to download ADM, click the link below:
   
   Download Accountants Dataset Manager.
   
   
2. This will download automatically to your downloads folder, or click Save.
3. To begin the installation, locate and double-click the downloaded file.
   
    TIP: To view your Downloads folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.
   
   
4. Select the I accept the terms of the Licence Agreement checkbox then click Next.
5. To change the installation folder, click Browse, select the required folder and click OK.
6. Select the versions of Sage 50 Accounts you want to install, alongside the ADM.
   
   

   When the system ticks and disables a checkbox, it signals that the version is already installed.

7. Click Next, then click Yes, begin installation.
8. If the system prompts you to restart your computer, save all your work and click Restart now.
9. On your desktop, double-click the Accountants' Dataset Manager icon.
10. If prompted, enter your Client Manager Serial Number, Activation Key and, if required, Account Number, then click Continue.
    
    You only need to enter your registrations details once, regardless of how many versions you later choose to install. You can't enter serial numbers and activation keys from a previous year’s version.
