Move your Sage 50 P11D data to another location

Occasionally you may need to move your Sage 50 P11D data to a new location on your computer or network.

To access the data from the new location, you must then amend the data path settings the software.

1. Within Sage 50 P11D, click File, click Change Database Location. Make a note of the path to the database then click Cancel.
   

   The default data location is C:\ProgramData\Sage\Sage 50 P11D.

2. Open Windows Explorer, browse to the path you noted in step 1 then copy the P11DData folder.
3. Browse to the network location from which you want to share the database then paste the P11DData folder.
4. Within Sage 50 P11D, click File, click Change Database Location. Enter the new path to the database including the P11D.MDB file, click Save then click OK.
5. Repeat step 4 for each PC that requires access to the Sage 50 P11D data.
