How the search and filter work

You click the option

The search results only include customers with 0191 whose balance is greater than £/€5,000. Because you clicked the option

This is the way the search options are designed to work.
When a filter is set up using the Filter button, it can be switched on and off by toggling the option to
or vice versa. Switching the search off does not delete the search, only the Clear form option would do this.
When you apply a search it is added to the existing filter and both are applied. If the search is subsequently cleared, the main search is unaffected.
