File size and image resolution
This message appears if the report or layout has a high-resolution or large image.
Remove the image and run the report or layout again. If it runs, replace the image with a lower resolution or smaller file size using our Add an image or logo to a document article.
As a rule, use as small a file as possible without affecting the image resolution. Ensure the image resolution is 450x450 or less.
TIP: You can reduce the image resolution by copying it into Microsoft Word, saving and re-uploading to your report or layout.
