This guide explains the information held in the Graph tab of a nominal record in Sage 50 Accounts.
Description
It's easy to view a graphical representation of the Actuals, Budgets and Prior Year figures using the Graph tab in the Nominal Record window. If required, you can customise the graph, for example to change the colours, or the type of graph, or to display just Actuals and Budgets.

Resolution
View a nominal code graph
- Click Nominal codes then select the required Nominal code and click Edit.
- Click the Graph tab and click Options.
- Complete the Graph Select window as follows then click OK.
Actuals To include the Actuals figures on the graph, select this check box. Budgets To include the Budgets figures on the graph, select this check box. Prior Year To include the Prior Year figures on the graph, select this check box.
That's it, your nominal graph appears in the selected format.
Graph options available
The following table explains each of the options available in the Graphs tab:
Option | What it does |

To export the chart to file, click Export, browse to the required folder, enter a file name, select the required file type, then click Save. | |
To copy the chart to your clipboard as a bitmap image, click Copy. | |
To print the chart, click Print. | |
To select a different chart format, select Bar or Line. | |
To show or hide the Data labels, select or clear the Show Data labels check box. |
