Printer offsets are perfect to help align your design to your pre-printed stationery. If you get a new printer then a small alignment may be needed to match your new printer driver.
TIP: Sometimes it is easier to set all the values to Zero, then print off a new copy and add offsets based on that new print off.

NOTE: By default, all measurements in the Printer Offsets window appear in inches. To change the measurements to millimetres click Options, then in the Measurement drop-down list select Millimeter.
| To move the printing up | Decrease the top offset. |Use the keyboard to enter the value you want to use, or use the arrow buttons to change the value. |

| To move the printing to the left | Decrease the left offset. Use the keyboard to enter the value you want to use, or use the arrow buttons to change the value. |
NOTE: We recommend only altering the Report specific options to control the current alignment task.
